Human Resources India is said to be the melting pot of various races and the indian population is cosidered to be polygenetic. Altough India has about 14 major languages and 844 dialects, about 45% of population speak hindi this percentage, however, represent morethan 250million already indians who have manage to settle them selves in mumbay or chennai for example, help their relatives from the country side to join them in squatter settlements which are already very populated. Homeless people by the thousands roame the strees and sleep in parks under the bridge and sidewalk.
